Very nice piece. Fits great. Minor room for improvement. It would be nice if it included the lock washer on the lower adjusting screw. I did have to elongate the holes where the regulator attaches. This could have been the fault of the window, the regulator, or both. Neither is a big deal if you regularly fix and modify cars.
